Weirton, WV - The Cat in the Hat stopped by to read to the little ones at the Little Bear Day Care Millsop location. Lots of reading activities planned for the children as they celebrate Read Across America Week. They had a great time listening to the story and answering open-ended questions! Such a fun way to promote literacy and build those foundations!
