Ohio County, WV - There's more pumpkin fun to share !! Today, our 1-2 yr old group at Orchard Park enjoyed a cooking experience making Pumpkin Fluff. The children got to practice taking turns putting the ingredients into the bowl and mixing them together. This helps develop not only their independence skills but also their fine motor skills with learning how to use their fingers and hands to grip and stir. During our experience the teachers and children discussed how pumpkin actually comes from a vegetable and that they grow from seeds in the ground.
