Wetzel County, WV - The 3 yr olds at the Magnolia High School Head Start Center were outside enjoying their new playground equipment. Miss Telah and Miss Tara shared the kids were thrilled...as you can see by the expressions on their faces and engaged they are. Outdoor time is great for building gross motor and social skills.
