Ohio County, WV - The North Park 2 Head Start preschool students kicked off Read Across America Week with pajama day and a special guest reader, the City of Wheeling Mayor Glenn Elliott. Today he read "Go Dog Go" and "A to Z". The children were excited to have a special guest and to find out just where dogs go.
